The second is double retort distilled, but with flavour rich Dunder (similar to \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003esour mash in Bourbon whiskey) \u003c\/span\u003eadded to the second retort which super charges the esters!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRich Vanilla and caramel flavours are the fantastic result of a 7 day long maturation process, with American Oak chips (not sugar!), with classic Dark Rum notes of liquorice and star anise coming from the double pot molasses distillation. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat sets Dark Drop Rum apart from the rest?
