Bright Galvanising Paint is a zinc-rich, aluminium-enhanced spray that restores the clean, silvery sheen of galvanised steel while providing long-lasting corrosion protection. Ideal for touching up cut edges, welds and fasteners, it blends visually with existing hot-dip galvanised finishes and protects exposed steel in workshops, on site and for general maintenance.

Suitable Applications

Instructions for Use
- Prepare surface: remove rust/scale to bright metal; abrade lightly; degrease and dry.
- Mask adjacent areas. Shake can vigorously for 2–3 minutes after agitator rattles.
- Spray 20–30 cm from surface in light, even coats; allow short flash-off between coats.
- For overcoating, test compatibility and follow the topcoat manufacturer’s guidance.
Limitations & Precautions
- Apply in dry, well-ventilated conditions above 5 °C; avoid high humidity.
- Intended for ferrous substrates; use appropriate primers on non-ferrous materials.
- Aerosol: keep away from heat/sparks/open flames; observe all safety data instructions.
