UK delivery
We offer free UK delivery on thousands of products listed on our website. Where free delivery applies it is selected automatically at checkout and no delivery cost is added.
Some products carry a delivery charge. This most often applies to items shipped directly by our partner suppliers rather than from our own fulfilment centres. Where a charge applies, the amount is set by the supplier, varies from product to product, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free delivery applies to addresses within England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
There is no postcode surcharge. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are charged at the same rate as the rest of the United Kingdom.
Gift cards
You can use an InStock gift card and still receive free delivery on eligible products.
International delivery
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.
