Soudal Trade B2 Expanding Foam Gun Grade is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam specially formulated to meet B2 fire classification. It is designed for application with a foam gun, offering superior control and precision. Ideal for sealing, filling, and insulating gaps, joints, and cavities in construction and installation projects where fire retardancy is important.

Application Instructions

1. Preparation: Shake can thoroughly. Dampen surfaces for improved adhesion and curing.
2. Application: Attach can to foam gun and apply foam in controlled beads or layers.
3. Finishing: Allow foam to expand and cure. Trim excess once hardened and protect from UV exposure.

Limitations

• Not UV stable — protect from direct sunlight post-application.
• Not suitable for structural joints or areas requiring higher fire classifications (e.g., B1).
