Soudal Trade B3 Expanding Foam (Gun Grade) is a professional one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane foam designed for precision application using a foam gun. It offers excellent expansion, adhesion, and insulation properties, making it ideal for filling gaps, cavities, and joints in construction, window installation, roofing, and plumbing applications. B3 rating ensures suitability for general building uses where fire resistance is not required.

Application Instructions

1. Preparation: Shake can vigorously. Moisten surfaces to improve adhesion and curing.
2. Application: Attach can to foam gun, dispense foam with controlled trigger pressure.
3. Finishing: Allow foam to expand and cure. Trim excess once cured and protect from UV exposure.

Limitations

• Not UV stable — cover or finish with a protective material if exposed to sunlight.
• Not suitable for applications requiring fire-rated foam (use B1-rated alternatives).
