Traditional Rogue Jammer Arms 1.0 are restricted to a single vertical plane of motion. These dual-hinge adapters remove that limitation entirely, allowing for far greater versatility, natural movement patterns, and functional strength development.
When unlocked, the hinge design delivers fluid multi-directional movement suitable for rotational work, athletic training, and dynamic strength patterns. When locked into position, the adapters offer a stable, fixed training path for precise and controlled exercises.
