Monopoly Cheaters Edition
MONOPOLY | CHEATERS EDITION
Monopoly has always had a few players who "forget" to pay rent or slip themselves an extra £500. Monopoly Cheaters Edition turns that into the whole point of the game. Instead of cheating behind everyone's back, you're encouraged to cheat, and the fun is in seeing who can get away with it.
How it works
You still buy properties, collect rent and try to bankrupt your opponents, just like classic Monopoly. But Cheat cards give you sneaky tasks to attempt, and the board, cards and rules are full of chances to bend the rules:
- Fake a dice roll and move a few extra spaces
- Skip paying rent and hope no one notices
- Swipe money from the bank when the coast is clear
Successfully complete a cheat and you're rewarded. Get caught and you face the consequences, which could mean being "chained" to the Jail space with the plastic handcuff unit. Everyone has to keep their eyes peeled, so every turn is full of suspicion, bluffing and laughs.
Why families love it
Monopoly Cheaters Edition keeps the familiar buying, trading and bankrupting of the classic game, but adds bluffing, sleight of hand and plenty of accusations. It's perfect for family game night, parties and anyone who's ever been accused of cheating at Monopoly (or knows someone who should be).
A great gift
It's a brilliant Christmas or birthday present for Monopoly fans, families with older kids and anyone who loves a funny, competitive board game.
