When the Borg attempted to conquer fluidic space they started a war with Species 8472, a race that had organic technology that far surpassed the Borg's. Species 8472 operated bioships that were like living creatures and could combine to destroy a Borg Cube. Like Species 8472, the ships were designed by Steve Burg. The Eaglemoss model is 4.3" (11 cm) long.
