Moss Green is AK Interactive's gouache for damp, overgrown surfaces — a cool, slightly murky green that reads as algae and moss rather than fresh paint. It's water-based, so while it's still wet on the model you can drag it, dab it or thin it further to control exactly how heavy the growth looks.
Best for
- Damp stonework, ruins and statues
- Algae streaks on hulls and boat waterlines
- Overgrown bases and forest terrain
Stipple it into recesses and corners first, where real moss actually gathers, then pull thin streaks downward with a damp brush for natural-looking run-off.
