Purple armies are a right faff to paint the old-fashioned way — base coat, wash, layer, highlight, repeat forty times. AK's Quick Gen set skips all of that. It's a curated pick of the range's purple-leaning shades, each one a single-coat acrylic that lays down base tone, shade and highlight together as it settles into the recesses. Prime white, brush it on, and the contrast does the rest.

How to use
- Prime miniatures white for the contrast effect to read properly
- Flow the paint over raised details and let it pool into recesses on its own
- Thin with Quick Gen medium if you want a lighter, more translucent pass
