Antique Pine Rustic Corner Cupboard / Open Shelving Unit Storage
|
A tall and characterful rustic pine corner cupboard with open shelving, displaying attractive scalloped shelf fronts and shaped side supports. The piece has a strong country feel and works beautifully as a statement storage unit for a lounge, kitchen, or dining space. The interior boards and rear panels show good age with natural patina, wear, and colour variation developed over time. The upper cornice appears to be a later adaptation, which is very common with tall corner cupboards that have been altered historically to suit ceiling heights or room layouts. This has no impact on usability and adds to the honest, lived-in character of the piece. Ideal for displaying crockery, books, or decorative objects. A versatile and visually striking unit that brings warmth and texture to modern rustic interiors. Condition Good rustic condition overall. Solid and sturdy throughout. Expected age-related wear including surface marks, knocks, and variations to the pine, particularly to the shelves and interior, consistent with long-term use. No loose joints or movement. The patina is genuine and not cosmetically overdone. Approximate Dimensions Height: 185 cm Width: 96 cm Depth: 48 cm Side depth: 66 cm Please be aware that this item does show signs of use, which is to be expected considering its age.
