Barosi Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

Barosi Cold Pressed Coconut Oil - 750 ml

Description:

• They say some of the best cooking is inspired by some of the simplest ingredients.
• And a simple ingredient like oil can make all the difference to the taste & health of your meals.
• A medium to cook, a dressing for salads, adding some extra love to your baking, preservatives for your pickles & chutneys, nourishing the mind & body; is there anything a good oil cannot do
• Extracted from seeds like Sesame, Groundnut, Mustard among others, cold pressed oils are essentially extracted without use of heat, thereby retaining the flavor, nutritional value and natural properties of the oil.
• The process involves crushing seeds to extract oil through pressure and is one of the oldest known techniques of extraction.
• This method was in use several hundred years ago as well, when bullock cart driven ‘ghani presses’ were used.
• At Barosi, we use the same traditional techniques without developing any heat to deliver pure, flavourful, fragrant and full of health cold pressed oils.
• Barosi’s Coconut oil is a cold pressed oil, unprocessed, unrefined, pure in its rawest form.
• Produced from Tamil Nadu’s finest naturally ripened coconuts, packed in glass bottles to ensure it retains its vital nutrients and of course the aroma & flavour.
