Straight from the cult world of Alien Resurrection, the Betty is now available in stunning XL scale - capturing every gritty, industrial detail of this fan-favourite resupply ship.

The Betty is a Mantis-class starship originally used by Captain Elgyn and his mercenary crew to deliver “cargo” to the United Systems Military - living hosts for their alien cloning experiments. After Elgyn’s untimely death at the claws of a Xenomorph, Ellen Ripley took command of the battered ship and led its surviving crew through one of the most brutal confrontations in Alien history.

With its asymmetrical silhouette and utilitarian bulk, the Betty’s design was heavily inspired by real-world industrial machinery - forklifts, jackhammers, and the iconic Power Loader from Aliens. The ship wasn’t based on concept art but was instead crafted as a “kitbash” physical model - assembled from parts of home model kits, including a modified hull from an A-10 Thunderbolt II military aircraft.

This XL edition by Eaglemoss is a larger-format die-cast replica, making it the perfect centrepiece for collectors of sci-fi ships and cinematic icons. Every line and texture reflects the ship’s patchwork, lived-in feel, and it comes complete with a display stand and collector’s magazine packed with behind-the-scenes insights.
