Ingredients:

• Arnica: After traumatic injuries, overuse of any organ, strains. Traumatism of grief, remorse or sudden realization of financial loss. Limbs and body ache as if beaten; joints as if sprained. 
• Rhus Toxicodendron : Bones as if being scraped, as if bones ached. Great rigidity, stiffness, numbness and pain are experienced on first motion, after the rest. Neuralgia of limbs and articulations, weakness and rigidity, shivering in sacral region. The pains grow worse with change of weather and in damp cold weather. Improving by warmth.  
• Bryonia alba: Pain of joints and muscles, arthritis, gout; inflammation of joints with swelling and stiffness.  Worse by motion, heat and better by rest, cold, pressure.  
• Eucalyptus G:  For sharp pains can be well relieved by eucalyptus. 
• Oleum T: Complaints of back pain.
• Camphor: Cracking of joints. Painful sensibility of the periosteum of all the bones. Difficulty in moving the limbs.
