Cotswolds Distillery Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky, 70cl
Cotswolds Distillery Sherry Cask Single Malt whisky is distilled from locally-grown barley, this particular bottling was matured in both American and Spanish oak barrels which previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries.
The nose has appealing toasty fruitcake notes, with spiced apple, brown sugar, and candied ginger. On the palate, there is orange peel, dried fruits and vanilla.
