Dates Chopped
Chopped dates rolled in rice flour – baking-ready date pieces that stay free-flowing instead of clumping, with no added sugar, in packs from 500g to 10kg.
These date pieces are cut small and lightly coated in rice flour so they pour evenly through doughs, batters and mixes rather than sticking together. Per 100g they provide 7.5g of fibre and 58g of naturally occurring sugars at 235kcal, from just two ingredients: dates and rice flour. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

FAQ
Why are they coated in rice flour? The rice flour stops the sticky pieces clumping into a block. If you want uncoated dates, choose our Dates Pitted Freeflow, which contain dates only.
Can I use them for date paste? You can, but whole pitted dates blend smoother – see Dates Pitted Freeflow or Organic Deglet Nour Dates Pitted.
Does the rice flour contain gluten? Rice flour is naturally gluten-free, but these dates are packed in an environment that handles products containing gluten – see the allergen note below.
