Description:

- Fever: Sahdevi has been seen to lower the raised body temperature in fever. In addition, it possesses a mild analgesic activity, too. It is thus used as an antipyretic and mild analgesic to lower raised body temperature, and relieve headache and bodyache associated with fever.
- Liver disorders: Sahdevi has been seen to protect the liver against various toxins, poisons, and infections. It is thus useful in the management of hepatitis and jaundice.
- Viral infections: Sahdevi has been inhibit the replication of viruses. It is thus useful for the management of various viral infections, especially, viral hepatitis, and URTI.
- Piles: Sahdevi has been reported to have anti-hemorrhoidal activity. It is thus useful in the management of piles.
