Chopped figs: baking-ready dried Turkish fig pieces, dusted with rice flour so they stay free-flowing.
Pre-cut pieces take the stickiest job out of baking with figs. Per 100 g they provide 7.5 g fibre and 227 kcal, and all 53 g of sugar is naturally occurring – nothing added. Each pack is a minimum 95% fig, with up to 5% rice flour to stop the pieces clumping. Choose from six pack sizes, 250g to 10kg.

FAQ
Why is rice flour in the ingredients? Chopped figs are naturally sticky – a light dusting (5% max) keeps the pieces separate. Check the ingredients list if you avoid rice; our whole Organic Figs and Natural Dried Figs are uncoated.
Which figs are best for snacking? Baby Figs (Snack) – small, intense figs sized for eating whole.
Is there added sugar? No – the sugars are concentrated naturally as the figs dry.
