The Royal Decapitator is the court's unholy executioner — a ghoul so fixated on the dealing of death that even his own kind give him a wide berth. Dragging a huge, tarnished headsman's axe behind him, he cleaves through the necks of the mightiest foes and drives nearby ghouls into a frenzy of slaughter.
