About L'Interdit
Givenchy was founded in Paris in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy, who created the original L'Interdit in 1957 as a private fragrance for his close friend Audrey Hepburn — making it one of the first celebrity fragrances. The 2018 reissue brings that storied DNA into a contemporary register, presented with actress Rooney Mara as its modern muse and a sleek black-bowed glass flacon.
