Sheep fat is a source of anti-inflammatory Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and F (linoleic acid) & is ideal for skin and coat health. Sheep Fat is beneficial to digestion by protecting the gut lining and can help when diarrhoea strikes. Sheep fat is ideal for fussy eaters but being a fat has a high calorific value & could cause obesity if over fed. For dogs, fat is energy & for working & sporting dogs our sheep fat can provide a good source of energy with 840 Kcal per 100g. Hemp oil is derived from the whole plant, is highly digestible, it has a near perfect 3:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3 making it one of the most naturally balanced ways to add Omega into your dog’s diet. Hemp also contains a polyunsaturated fatty acid known as Gamma-Linolenic Acid, (GLA). This special fatty acid is essential if your dog suffers with digestive issues, allergies or skin problems.
