Home Welding Repair Tool Pen Type Gas Soldering Iron, 3 In 1, 4 In 1

1. Material: main body plastic, metal soldering iron tip
2. Temperature: flame temperature 1300 degrees Celsius (adjustable), soldering iron temperature 450 degrees Celsius (adjustable)
3. Fuel used: pure butane GAS (this gas soldering iron does not have automatic ignition, a lighter is required to ignite)
4. Filling capacity: about 8ML
5. Weight: about 69 grams

Fill gas:
1. Fill it with gas and make sure that the switch is turned off, and then refill
2. Introduce the gas tank into the air hole and press down to inflate.
3. It takes about 10 seconds to complete the gas filling, wait a few minutes, wait for the gas to stabilize, and then use it again
4. If there is a hissing sound in the tail after the gas has been poured in, use a pen tip to slightly press into the air port to eliminate it

ignition:
1. Replace the soldering iron tip
2. Push the switch to the ON position and hear a hissing sound
3. Push the electronic switch to ignite
4. Burn for 3 minutes after igniting the fire. When the fire is extinguished, the soldering iron tip will continue to heat up
5. Adjust the flame size
6. The temperature is as high as 1300 degrees Celsius (the soldering iron temperature is 450 degrees Celsius). Please pay attention to safety when using it. Turn off the switch after use.
7. When using a gas soldering iron, please pay special attention to wait until the flame is completely eliminated and the object inside the soldering iron turns red before performing the operation to extend the life of the soldering iron tip

Precautions:
1. Replace the connector, please wait for it to cool down before replacing it or replace it in advance
2. The soldering iron tip in use is hot and hot, please do not touch it with your hands
3. The adjustment knob can control the gas output and temperature, usually placed in the middle position
4. After use, wait for it to cool down, and store it again. Dont put it in high temperature or direct sunlight.
5. Children are not suitable for use, and need to be placed in a proper place when storing
6. Please use high-quality canned gas for filling, keep away from the fire source when filling
7. Because there is more or less slag in the gas, it is necessary to clean the nozzle frequently
8. When cleaning, press the nozzle on the gas outlet of the gas tank to achieve a cleaning effect
9. Avoid heavy falls
