About Issey Miyake
Founded in Tokyo in 1970 by designer Issey Miyake, the house built its reputation on innovative pleated and technical fabrics. L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme (1994) was the brand's first men's fragrance — and one of the defining 1990s aquatic fragrances — composed by Jacques Cavallier. The Sport flanker extends that clean DNA into a more energetic register.
