Jacques Bogart is the long-established French fragrance house with a strong heritage in masculine perfumery, particularly within accessible designer-style scents. Silver Scent Intense, launched in 2009, was conceived as a more powerful, more luxurious counterpart to the original 2006 Silver Scent — a contemporary woody-fougère with a slightly oriental edge.

How it wears
The fragrance opens fresh and slightly bittersweet — bitter orange and Amalfi lemon are lifted by the warm, slightly honeyed character of African orange flower. The heart turns aromatic and refined, with classical lavender, geranium and rosemary layered against cardamom, nutmeg and coriander for a polished, slightly spicy masculine character. As it dries down, the oud-and-tonka base emerges: smooth agarwood and teak wood are wrapped in soft tonka bean, vetiver and oakmoss for a long, slightly resinous trail with serious presence.
