Rolled in the UK from whole oat groats, they deliver 11.9g of protein and 10g of fibre per 100g, including beta-glucan, the soluble fibre that occurs naturally in oats. The thick flake holds its shape, which is exactly what you want in overnight oats, granola and flapjacks.

Jumbo or porridge oats? Jumbo oats are the whole rolled groat – larger, chewier and slower to cook. If you want a quick, creamy porridge or oats to mill into flour for baking, our Porridge Oats are the better fit.
What about organic? The flake is the same style; Organic Jumbo Oats carry organic certification at a higher price, while this listing is the value option.
Suitable for coeliacs? No – oats are naturally gluten free, but these are not certified uncontaminated. Choose Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats instead.
Cook with double the quantity of liquid to oats and a pinch of salt – milk for extra creaminess.
