Liposomal Vitamin B-12 with L-5-MTHF in a 2 oz bottle combines methylcobalamin and methylfolate in a natural phosphatidylcholine liposome for enhanced absorption. Each serving delivers 50 mcg of folate (as L-Methylfolate) and 500 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), with 100 mg phosphatidylcholine. Non-GMO, non-soy phosphatidylcholine; ingredients: purified water, natural flavors, potassium sorbate; 60 doses per bottle.
Suggested use: 1 milliliter daily (about 20 drops or half a dropper). Mix into one ounce of juice for easy ingestion. Gently shake before use; refrigerate after opening. Caution: consult your healthcare provider prior to use, especially during pregnancy or lactation.
