How To Use - KEY STEPS:
- Fold the cuffs & roll them down to at least 1/3 folded
- Pull them up past the knee joint and then roll the folded section above the knee joint
- Position so the sleeve sits evenly above and below the kneecap
- Use during heavy squats and maximal lower-body lifts
- Remove after training to allow circulation to return
Please Note - IMPORTANT:
- These sleeves are extremely stiff with minimal stretch
- Much tighter than standard neoprene sleeves with minimal stretch
- Choose the sizing as close as possible to your measurements.
- These sleeves are not yet IPF approved. Always check federation rules before competing
- These sleeves measure an extended 30cm in height.
- They may take 1-2 sessions to slightly loosen and wear in.
