We can only accept a return within 30 days of delivery, if the product is in its original condition including protective film still on. A refund will be processed excluding shipping costs.
All products arrive with a protective film, this is a very thin plastic vacuum sealed around the product to avoid the item sustaining any damage. Once removed you will notice the product does not have any scuffs or scratches.
Please Note: Whilst most items are held in stock and we endeavour to have these with you in little time, there will be instances where this item will have to be manufactured to order and shipped directly from the factory in Poland. On these instances shipping can take between 3 and 5 weeks. By placing your order you are agreeing to the possible wait time, and cancellation due to inability to wait is not permitted and may incur an admin fee! Something not quite right? You have 14 days from the day you receive it, to send something back.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
