Minimalist Old Fashioned Canvas
The Old Fashioned is a cocktail that rewards the minimalist treatment. This canvas takes the drink in a geometric lowball glass, the rich amber of the whisky occupying the lower half of the composition, with an oversized ice cube sitting above and a spiralled orange twist as the sole garnish. A soft grey backdrop keeps everything focused. The restraint of the composition suits the drink perfectly.
Kitchen canvas for homes where the cocktail and the art collection occupy the same aesthetic territory. Works in a kitchen or dining room where a warm, amber-toned canvas with a cool, contemporary edge is the right choice. A piece for anyone who takes the ritual of the Old Fashioned as seriously as the drink itself.
