What Are Nutritional Yeast Flakes?

Nutritional Yeast Flakes is a savoury yeast-based supplement and condiment with a cheesy, nutty taste that you can add to many dishes.

It's inactive yeast without any artificial additives or preservatives. Nutritional Yeast is a great source of vitamin B12 for vegans and vegetarians.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Seal when not in use.
