What Is Organic Couscous White ?
The original name may be derived from the Arabic word Kaskasa, meaning "to pound small" or the Berber Seksu, meaning "well rolled", "well formed", or "rounded".
Consisting of many tiny granules made from steamed and dried and refined durum wheat, couscous has become a popular alternative to rice and pasta.

Instructions For Use:Ā
To Cook: Pour 1 cupĀ couscousĀ into boiling water, stir once with a spoon, cover with a lid, and remove from heat. Let theĀ couscousĀ steam for five minutes.Ā CouscousĀ grains tend to bind together in theĀ cookingĀ process, so fluff the grains with a fork. Garnish with a fresh lift of herbs.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
