Eat dried figs for a simple snack or add them to oatmeal/yogurt for a quick, high fibre breakfast. They can be used interchangeably with prunes, dried apricots & dates in most recipes. Bake muffins, bread, carrot cake & many other of your favourite recipes with dried figs in them.
