Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats are whole rolled oat flakes produced to certified gluten-free standards – the same big, chewy flake, made safe for coeliacs.
Oats are naturally gluten free, but ordinary oats are routinely cross-contaminated with wheat and barley during growing, milling and packing. These UK-grown organic jumbo oats come from a certified uncontaminated gluten-free supply chain and provide 9.8g of protein and 7.4g of fibre per 100g, including beta-glucan, the soluble fibre that occurs naturally in oats.

FAQ
Jumbo or porridge oats? Jumbo flakes are rolled from the whole oat groat – chewier and slower-cooking, ideal for overnight oats and granola. For a faster, creamier bowl, or oats to grind into gluten-free oat flour, choose Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats.
Aren't all oats gluten free? The grain itself is, but unless oats are grown and processed under certified gluten-free conditions they typically carry gluten traces from other cereals. Our standard Organic Jumbo Oats are not certified, so coeliacs should stick with this listing.
Cook with double the quantity of liquid to oats and a pinch of salt.
