Organic Jumbo Oats

Organic Jumbo Oats are whole rolled oat flakes – the entire oat groat pressed into a large, chewy flake that keeps its texture in overnight oats, granola and flapjacks.

Grown to certified organic standards in Finland, these oats provide 13g of protein and 10g of fibre per 100g, including beta-glucan, the soluble fibre that occurs naturally in oats. The larger flake cooks more slowly than standard porridge oats, giving a noticeably heartier bowl.

Jumbo or porridge oats? Jumbo oats are rolled whole, so they are bigger, chewier and slower-cooking. If you want a faster, creamier porridge, or oats you can blitz into oat flour for baking, pick our Organic Porridge Oats.

Are jumbo oats gluten free? Oats are naturally gluten free, but oats grown and packed alongside other cereals usually pick up gluten traces. If you are coeliac, choose our Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats, produced under certified gluten-free conditions.

Do I need organic? The flake is the same style either way: this listing carries organic certification, while our non-organic Jumbo Oats are the lower-priced option.

Cook with double the quantity of liquid to oats and a pinch of salt – water for a lighter bowl, milk for extra creaminess.
