Ethically sourced Bolivian organic sesame seeds, hulled for a pale, mild and creamy tahini, gently stone-ground at low temperature. This is the classic hummus tahini — smooth enough to whisk thin, mild enough to let everything else speak. One ingredient: 100% organic hulled sesame seeds.
