Large, light-coloured organic walnut pieces — not powdery, just generous pieces of the same premium pale-grade kernels as our halves. They deliver 15.2g of protein and 6.7g of fibre per 100g, and like all walnuts they are naturally rich in plant omega-3 (ALA). Raw, skin-on and unroasted.
