Enhance iron intake while cooking with the OSK TBN-1 Nambu Ironware Iron Ball. Cast iron adds iron to foods when simmered with tea, miso soup, pots, and boiled dishes, supporting healthy development. Use during cooking to replenish iron easily. Can also be used to color pickles and polish black beans. This iron ball is made of cast iron and will rust with use; simply wash, scrub rust off, and dry thoroughly. After use, wrap in kitchen paper and store to prevent rust.
