Petromax Atago Griddle Plate
The Petromax Atago Griddle Plate turns your Atago into a Spanish-style plancha. The 3mm thick oiled steel plate is made in Germany and gives you different temperature zones for versatile grilling.
Sear meat in the hot centre while vegetables or prawns stay warm at the cooler edge. You can add wood or charcoal through the hole in the middle without removing the plate.

How to season it
Season the plate carefully before first use. Once the fire is going it heats up quickly for fast searing. After cooking, clean it, dry it and wipe on a thin layer of oil to protect the patina.
