Cast iron stores heat well, so you can sear the burger in the fire and finish it with the residual heat. Flat, flush wooden handles and a locking hook let you close the iron and hold it safely in the embers.

How to use it
Preheat the iron in the embers, add your patty, close and lock it, then turn it to cook both sides. To clean, separate the halves at the hinge.
Cast iron care tips
Clean it while warm, dry it thoroughly and wipe on a thin layer of oil before storing to prevent rust.
