Petromax Tripod Lashing Ring and Hook - Large
The Petromax Tripod Lashing lets you set up a campfire cooking tripod quickly and easily using natural materials. Find three branches, trim them to size and feed them through the openings in the lashing ring. Build your fire underneath, add a hook and hang a Dutch oven or tea kettle above the flames.
The chain length is adjustable, so you can lower the pot closer to the heat or raise it to simmer. It packs down small and can also be used to build a tipi.

Tips
Choose straight, sound branches no thicker than 5.5cm and splay the legs wide for a stable base.
