Plug-In Pendant Lights – Put Light Where You Want It

No ceiling light where you need one? That doesn’t mean you can’t have beautiful lighting there.

Our plug-in pendant lights are a wonderfully versatile way to bring light into spaces where there isn’t an existing ceiling power point. Simply plug into a standard wall socket and use the generous length of decorative fabric cable to position your pendant exactly where you want it.

They’re perfect for dark corners, hallways, reading nooks, beside a bed, over a small table or anywhere that could do with a little extra light and warmth.

And because the cable is on show, we think it should be part of the design.

Make It Completely Your Own

There are almost endless combinations of fabric cable colour, cable length and lamp holder finish, so rather than trying to list every possible combination here, we make your pendant to your individual choices.

Once you place your order, we'll email you our Colour & Bulb Brochure, where you can browse the available cable colours and lamp holder finishes and let us know your favourites before we make your pendant.

We have everything from subtle neutrals and natural tones to brighter colours and statement finishes, allowing your cable to blend quietly into your room or become a decorative feature in its own right.

Our standard lamp holder finishes are included in the price. We also offer a selection of premium lamp holders for an additional cost. If you choose one of these, we'll confirm the additional price with you and invoice the difference separately before making your pendant.

Choose Where Your Switch Goes

You can also choose where you would like the switch positioned along the cable.

We'll ask you for this measurement before we make your pendant, so you can think about how you'll actually use the light in your room.

You might want the switch positioned within easy reach beside a chair or bed. Alternatively, you can position it lower down the cable so that it sits discreetly behind a piece of furniture, leaving the beautiful decorative cable above it visually uninterrupted.

It's a small detail, but one that can make a big difference to how the finished pendant looks and works in your space.

Turn the Cable Into Part of the Design

One of the things we love most about plug-in pendants is that you don't have to hide the cable.

Instead, use it to create a feature.

Loop it, drape it, run it along a wall or ceiling, or use several fixing points to create a deliberate shape. Our metal cable clips for fabric cable can help you position and manage the cable neatly while making it part of the overall design.
