1. Freeze and re-use old drinks bottles to chill your Ice Bath before use
2. Use a little bit of chorine (tablet or powdered) to keep your Ice Bath’s water disinfected.
3. Drain & change your Ice Bath water every 1-2 weeks to keep fresh
