- WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE? With 2 different options for sizing, you can pick what's best for you. Small may be best for A-C cup sizes, and large may be best for D+.
- HOW DO I WEAR THEM? Step 1: Massage breast area with Queen of the Thrones Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) Step 2: Place the packs on your breast area, securing them to each bra strap using the easy button with elastic. Wear for 1 hour daily and Replace every 2 months.
