Why is it solid in the jar? Virgin coconut oil is naturally solid below about 24°C and melts clear in warmth — both states are normal and the quality is unaffected.
What does "raw, virgin" mean? Cold-pressed from fresh coconut meat at low temperature and left unrefined — unlike refined coconut oils, it keeps the full aroma and flavour.
How should I store it? Cool and dry, away from light and heat — no refrigeration needed.
