Rubber Reinforced with a Heat Resistant Textile Braid 4mm/8mm

The DIN 73379 Type B fuel hose is engineered as a medium-pressure, low-permeation solution tailored for a variety of fuel types, including gasoline, ethanol, sour gas, diesel, and biodiesel. With a working pressure of 10 bar and a bursting pressure threshold of 30 bar, this hose ensures robust performance under demanding conditions. Crafted from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), it boasts excellent chemical and permeation resistance, paired with high flexibility. These properties collectively guarantee reliability and durability across a wide range of applications, making it a dependable choice for fuel injection systems.

A key feature of this hose is its heat-resistant textile braided cover, constructed from CSM (chlorosulfonated polyethylene). This material offers superb resistance to various fuels, oils, and lubricants, including biodiesel, while maintaining integrity under temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C. Additionally, the CSM cover provides high resistance to ozone and adverse weather conditions, ensuring longevity and performance even in harsh environments. This design makes the hose suitable for diverse operational contexts, where durability and resistance to environmental factors are critical.

Meeting and exceeding rigorous industry standards, this fuel hose adheres to ROHS, EPA, and CARB emission requirements, specifically aligning with the CARB requirements outlined in 13CCR section 2754. These certifications underline the hose's compliance with environmental and safety regulations, making it a responsible choice for modern fuel systems. Its low-permeation characteristic further supports environmental protection efforts by minimizing fuel vapor loss, thereby reducing harmful emissions.

The versatility of the DIN 73379 Type B fuel hose extends to its compatibility with fuels containing up to 50% aromatic content, high-grade fuels, diesel fuels, coolant liquids, and non-oxidizing liquid detergents. This adaptability makes it ideal for both automotive and industrial applications, ensuring efficient and safe fuel transfer and management. Whether used in fuel or coolant systems, the hose's robust construction and reliable performance facilitate effective operations, making it an essential component in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of fuel systems.
