The Glide
Carved from solid Redwood, The Glide is a handcrafted handplane designed for bodysurfers who seek connection with the wave. Its smooth, ergonomic form channels water beneath your hand, giving you lift, speed, and control as you ride the face.
Crafted for the wave
Each Glide is shaped by hand in my one-man UK workshop and finished with an epoxy coat to withstand saltwater and sun. The natural grain and weight of the Redwood provide the perfect balance between buoyancy and stability.
Choose your version:
Redwood — the original. Solid redwood, clean lines, pure craft.
Redwood & Oak — a step further. A hand-cut oak inlay runs through the centre of the board, contrasting beautifully against the redwood grain. Two timbers, one shape, built entirely by hand. A limited addition to the Glide family.

Made to Order — Lead Times
Every Glide is built by me personally from scratch in my one-man workshop. Lead times are typically 4–8 weeks depending on what's currently on my bench. If you need yours by a specific date, drop me an email before ordering and I'll let you know where I'm at.

Returns
Something not quite right? You have 14 days from the day you receive it, to send something back.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
