Prime: Start with a Deep Blue or Matt Black undercoat.

Base Coat: Use Abyssal Blue for the whale body. Use Uniform Grey for barnacles and Crystal Blue for water effects.

Shade: Apply a heavy wash of Blue Tone Ink over the body and Dark Tone Ink over the barnacles.
