Vitacost Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM is a combination formula designed to support healthy joint tissues. Each 4-capsule serving provides 1,875 mg of D-glucosamine sulfate and 1,500 mg of glucosamine sulfate, 1,200 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 300 mg of OptiMSM, 60 mg of vitamin C, and 1 mg of manganese.
