Water Butt Tank Linking Kit, 1.25"

Available in lengths from 1m to 5m with a 1.25" (31.75 mm) internal diameter and made from flexible, UV-stabilised PVC, this corrugated smooth-bore hose is designed for linking water-butt tanks together. The kit includes adapters with a 1.25" BSP thread and matching hosetail, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection between tanks.

Our corrugated smooth-bore hose is the perfect solution for a wide range of water-management tasks. Manufactured from flexible, hard-wearing PVC, its durable construction delivers years of reliable service, while the corrugated profile allows effortless manoeuvring around obstacles without requiring special tools or connectors.

Thanks to its UV-stabilised material, this hose resists sunlight-induced degradation and inhibits algae growth, maintaining maximum flow rates over time. The ribbed walls not only reinforce the hose against kinking but also provide secure locations for hose clips—preventing slippage and guaranteeing a tight, leak-proof seal. Simply trim to the exact length you need for a bespoke installation.

The included straight connector features a 1.25" BSP thread on one end and a 1.25" barbed hosetail on the other, offering a slip-resistant grip on the 1.25" internal-diameter hose and ensuring a consistent water flow. Crafted from robust plastic, it withstands the elements without cracking or warping, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Also supplied is a back nut and washer assembly designed to lock fittings firmly into your water-butt tank. The washer distributes tightening forces evenly across the surface, preventing deformation and ensuring a watertight seal—essential for avoiding leaks and preserving system integrity. Both components install and remove in seconds, offering a practical, long-lasting solution for both permanent and temporary setups.
