I hold the world record for the fastest time to solve a cube of this size. My strategy for solving so quickly relies simply on turning fast but accurately and being able to transfer my algorithms from ordinary 3x3 as they are not purely muscle memory. Solving this puzzle fast repeatedly should make your arms ache a bit! It is certainly an unusual workout and one that only can be done by a select few people who are already good at speedcubing but it is a workout!
